Join us as Soby’s hosts winemaker Pete Dredge, of Dr. Edge Wines in Tasmania, Australia. Pete will be joined by Ronnie Sanders of Vine Street Imports to present the wine pairings and talk all things wine.
Soby’s Executive Chef Kyle Swartzendruber will partner with Chef Nico Abello on the menu.

Sunday, September 29 – Guest Chef Dinner – The Loft at Soby’s
Chefs Emilio Cerra and Truman Parsons are bringing their Pop Up Dinner experience to Greenville! Cerra and Parsons met while at Le Bernardin in NYC and became fast friends. They went on to other very notable kitchens (including Per Se for Parsons and Ilis for Cerra) but have started a series of pop up dinners to allow them to work together. Most recently the pair did a pop up in Paris. They are bringing their pop up experience to The Loft at Soby’s on Monday, September 29th.

Winemaker Abe Schoener will be on hand in October for TWO exclusive wine and food events!
Tuesday, October 15th – The Scholium Project Winemaker Dinner – The Wine Cellar at Soby’s
Abe Schoener, an ex-philosophy professor turned eclectic winemaker will host an intimate dinner in The Wine Cellar at Soby’s featuring wines from The Scholium Project, an innovative Californian micronegociant winery. Wednesday, October 16th – LA Wines Winemaker Dinner – The Loft at Soby’s
Abe will stay in town to host a second dinner featuring wines from another of his wine projects – LA River Wines, an urban winery he started as another opportunity to highlight “underdog vines” of California.
