Join us Thursday, October 29 in the Loft at Soby’s for an amazing evening of food and Champagne featuring Champagnes from famed Champagne Bollinger, artfully paired with a multi-course menu. Champagne Bollinger historic, family-owned Bollinger champagne house founded in 1829 in Aÿ, France, renowned for its rich, Pinot Noir-driven style.

Since 1829, Champagne Bollinger has been making great wines with a powerful, refined and complex style, expressing the aromas of the fruit in all its dimensions. This truly unique taste is the result of a particular affinity for the elegance of pinot noir, uncompromising excellence, an exceptional vineyard and traditional craftsmanship handed down through the generations with the utmost care since 1829.

The evening will be hosted by Christopher Couteard of Vintus.

The chefs are finalizing the menu but please see below for the Champagnes to be poured as part of this special evening.
