Introducing Soby’s Wine Cellar Series

Introducing the “Soby’s Wine Cellar Series” – a collection of intimate wine dinners held in the private Soby’s wine cellar. 

Table 301 Beverage Director, Joe Crossan, working with Soby’s Chef de Cuisine Chris Arnold and the Soby’s culinary team, has put together four intimate wine dinner experiences to enjoy over the next few months. Each dinner will take place in the 12-seat, private Soby’s Wine Cellar and will include a multi-course menu with wine pairings from a specific, featured wine region.

The evenings start with 6:30pm arrival and 7pm dinner. The price of each dinner will be $95 (plus tax and gratuity). Wines highlighted at each dinner will also be available for retail purchase.
