Carl Sobocinski, Owner
|Carl Sobocinski is the owner of Table 301, a restaurant group that includes Soby’s New South Cuisine, Soby’s on the Side, The Lazy Goat, Table 301 Catering, NOSE DIVE gastropub, Passerelle Bistro and Papi's Tacos.
He moved to South Carolina from Durham, New Hampshire, to pursue an architectural degree at Clemson University. Upon graduation, with a BA in Design, Sobocinski realized that the restaurant business, not architecture, would best allow his creative, entrepreneurial spirit and his kindred people skills to work together. He has a passion for hospitality and community service. From the hospitality standpoint, his goal each day is to provide guests of all Table 301 properties with the most exceptional experience possible − meet all guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
